Rules for the World Bicycle Day Ride

• Maximum of 150 minutes daily moving time.
• Create and upload one reel on Instagram, tag us to get an extra 10 points.
• Leaderboard rankings based on moving time & likes.
• First prize goes to the rider with the most points (moving time + verified Instagram posts/reels).
• Reels/posts must feature a bicycle.
• Use the hashtags: #GetFitBharat, #Fitwith91, #WorldBicycleDay, #NinetyOneCycles.
• Reels/Posts must be made during the event.
• Prize decisions will be made within 72 hours of event completion; the company's decision is final.
• Riders may be disqualified for suspicious activity, at the company's sole discretion.
• Each rider can only win one prize.
• The company or its associates are not responsible for any injuries during the event.
• Previous Get Fit Bharat ride winners are not eligible.

Referral Prize Rule For User

• Invite a minimum of 20 users to join the World Bicycle Day Ride.
• Each referred user must track a total of 2 km ride in the Wynd app during the event period.
• You become eligible for the referral prize only if at least 20 of your invited users join the ride and complete the 2 km ride tracking in the Wynd app.
• All referred rides must be tracked and verified through the Wynd app to qualify.
• Referrals and ride tracking must occur within the specified event duration.
• Referral prizes will be awarded based on the verified referrals after the event concludes.
• All decisions made by the company regarding prize distribution are final.

Referral Prize Rule For Dealer

• Invite a minimum of 40 users to join the World Bicycle Day Ride.
• Each referred user must track a total of 2 km ride in the Wynd app during the event period.
• You become eligible for the referral prize only if at least 40 of your invited users join the ride and complete the 2 km ride tracking in the Wynd app.
• All referred rides must be tracked and verified through the Wynd app to qualify.
• Referrals and ride tracking must occur within the specified event duration.
• Referral prizes will be awarded based on the verified referrals after the event concludes.
• Referral Prizes for Dealer : Mobile Holder Bag, Basic Saddle Cover, 4 digit spiral cable lock without bracket, Saddle Bag, Bicycle Top Tube Bag & Triangular Frame Bag All decisions made by the company regarding prize distribution are final.

Terms and Conditions for the Get Fit Bharat Campaign

• The validity of the Campaign is from 3rd June to 9th June 2024.
• The company has the right to change or update prizes, campaigns, and dates.
• No cash will be given in lieu of prizes.
• Points for participants winning prizes will be deducted as per the rules, and the company reserves the right to change the same.
• The company has the right to change, disqualify, and/or suspend participation at any time of ride, user, or campaign.
• All of the Company Terms and Conditions will apply to the Get Fit Bharat campaign.
• You understand that sporting activities present an inherent risk of injury to both participants and spectators. You, the participant, affirm that you are at least 18 years old and voluntarily elect to participate in this campaign with knowledge of the danger and risks involved, and hereby agree to accept and assume any and all risks of property damage, personal injury, or death.
• You understand and agree that the Company does not insure participants in the above-described activity, that any coverage would be through personal insurance, and that the Company has no responsibility or liability for injury resulting from your participation in this activity.
• In consideration for being allowed to voluntarily participate in the above-referenced event, on behalf of yourself, your representatives, heirs, next of kin, successors, and assigns, you forever:
• Waive, release, and discharge the Company and its agents, officers, and employees from any and all negligence and liability for your death, disability, personal injury, property damages, property theft, or claims of any nature that may hereafter accrue to you, and your estate as a direct or indirect result of your participation in the above-referenced activity or event; and
• Agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company, its agents, officers, and employees, from and against any and all claims of any nature including all costs, expenses, and lawyers’ fees, which in any manner resulting from participant’s actions during this activity or event.
